Conductor - Bright annealed electrolytic copper conducter coated with tin conforming to IS:8130:1984 of diameter 0.4mm.0.5mm,0.6mm

Insulation - Specially formulated high grade Pvc compound as per type - 2 of IS: 13176:1991 hard grade. Colour of insulation as per Table 2 of G/WIR-06/02 and colour sheds are confirming to IS:9938
- Pairing - 2 cores are uniformly twisted together to form a pair
- Laying of pair - The paired cores are laid together and wrapped with polyester tape
- Rip Cord - Nylon cord is laid up longitudinally under the sheath to slit the sheath longitudinally to facilitate removal
- Sheath - The laid up pairs are covered with pvc compound as per type TM 2 of IS:13176:1991 of grey colour
